It has been a while. Things have been crazy!!! But I wanted to touch on the importance of having a piece of mind. Why can't we let go of our phones? Honestly it makes me so anxious to leave my phones behind. Yes my phones!! I have a work phone & personal phone. They both go off on the hour. When I've left even my personal phone behind, I come back to 20 messages . Tranquility is what I'm looking for at my age!!! Can I get an amen? So I'm looking to unplug at least once in a while.
